I’m at JFK taking a flight down to Miami where the biggest hurricane ever recorded in recent history is about to hit this weekend. As I was dropping off a bag in the check-in counter, the clerk told me I was the 6th customer who had checked in to the flight this morning. Once I arrived at the gate, I looked around and could only see fear in those people’s faces. There’s an eerie feeling in the air. But moments like these bring out the best of us, humans. I hope everyone stays safe during this natural phenomenon and try helping as much as you can. Serve your race.
